شرکت نوبل سرتیفیکیشن ویستا از سال 1396 فعالیت خود را آغاز و از سال 1400 اقدام به گسترش فعالیت خود و فعالیت در حوزه آزمایشگاه ها، نموده و از سال 1400 الزامات استاندارد ایزو 17025 در زمینه تست محصولات ضد انفجار (اتکس) در آزمایشگاه را در سازمان اجرا نموده است.
Nobel Certification Vista Company commenced its activities in 2017 and since 2021, it has expanded its operations in the field of laboratories. As of 2021, the requirements of standard 17025 for testing explosion-proof products (ATEX) have been implemented in the organization's laboratory.
با عنایت به این که بی طرفی و راز داری یکی از الزامات استاندارد ISO/IEC 17025:2017 در راستای جلب رضایت و اعتماد مشتریان می باشد ، آزمایشگاه شرکت نوبل سرتیفیکیشن ویستا متعهد به رعایت اصول بی طرفی، رازداری و محرمانگی می باشند که این مهم در تمامی ساختارهای این شرکت نهادینه گردیده است.
Considering that impartiality and confidentiality are among the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 to enhance customer satisfaction and trust, the laboratory of Nobel Certification Vista is committed to adhering to the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity, which have been integrated into all structures of the company.
در طراحی تمامی فرآیندهای آزمایشگاه، رعایت اصول بی طرفی و جلوگیری از بروز تضاد منافع به عنوان یک فرآیند مدیریتی یکی از پارامترهای اصلی می باشد. لذا در این راستا، آزمایشگاه در قبال بی طرفی فعالیت های خود مسئول بوده و اجازه اعمال فشارهای تجاری، مالی و سایر موارد که منجر به عدول از بی طرفی می شود را نمی دهد.
In the design of all laboratory processes, adhering to the principles of impartiality and preventing conflicts of interest is a key management parameter. Therefore, the laboratory is responsible for its impartial activities and does not allow the imposition of commercial, financial, and other pressures that may compromise impartiality.
همچنین آزمایشگاه به واسطه تعهدات قانونی قابل اجرا، در قبال همه اطلاعات بدست آمده از انجام فعالیت های آزمایشگاهی مسئول بوده و انتشار اطلاعات صرفا با هماهنگی مشتریان صورت می پذیرد.
Additionally, due to enforceable legal commitments, the laboratory is responsible for all information obtained from laboratory activities, and the release of information occurs only with the coordination of customers.
این خط مشی لازم الاجرا برای تمامی کارکنان و ذینفعان آزمایشگاه شرکت نوبل سرتیفیکیشن ویستا می باشد و از نظر کیفیت و اثربخشی در جلسات بازنگری مدیریت و در زمان های مقتضی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.
This enforceable policy applies to all employees and stakeholders of Nobel Cert Vista laboratory and is reviewed for quality and effectiveness in management review meetings and at appropriate times.
