اینجانب پیمان مرادی به عنوان مدیر ارشد آزمایشگاه نوبل سرتیفیکیشن ویستا مسئولیت مدیریت تمام اطلاعات/مسئولیت اطلاعات مرتبط بدست آمده یا ایجاد شده حین انجام فعالیتهای آزمایشگاهی را بر عهده میگیرم و از طرف خود/ آزمایشگاه متعهد میگردم که محرمانگی از سوی آزمایشگاه رعایت شود و اطلاعات مشتریان افشا نگردد.
I Peyman Moradi as top manager of Laboratory of NOBEL CERTIFICATION VISTA, I assume the responsibility of managing all the information/responsibility of related information obtained or created while performing laboratory activities and I undertake on behalf of myself/the laboratory that confidentiality will be observed by the laboratory and that customer information will not be disclosed.
آزمایشگاه/ اینجانب متعهد میشوم که اگر مقرر باشد اطلاعاتی از مشتری را در دسترس عموم قرار داده شود، از قبل به اطلاع مشتری رسانده شود، به غیر از اطلاعاتی که مشتری خود در دسترس عموم قرار میدهد یا با مشتری توافق شده است.
Laboratory/ I undertake that if it is decided to make information about the customer available to the public, it will be informed in advance to the customer, other than the information that the customer makes available to the public or agreed with the customer.
آزمایشگاه زمانی که طبق قانون ملزم یا طبق توافقات قراردادی مجاز به انتشار اطلاعات محرمانه شده باشد، مشتری یا شخص ذیربط را از اطلاعات ارائه شده مطلع میگرداند، مگر اینکه بر اساس قانون منع شده باشد.
When the laboratory is required by law or authorized to release confidential information according to contractual agreements, the laboratory informs the client or the relevant person about the provided information, unless it is prohibited by law.
آزمایشگاه متهد میشود که ارائه دهنده و منبع اطلاعات را افشا ننماید و مشتری از آن آگاه نشود مگر اینکه منبع، موافقت نماید.
The laboratory undertakes not to reveal the provider and the source of the information and the client is not informed of it unless the source agrees.
